Covid-19 Measurements

Dear Guest,

Your safety and the safety of our team is priority. You may find disinfectants in several places in the hotel, such as the entrance and the lifts.

During the press conference on 26 January 2022, several measurements were announced, which have an impact on our opening hours. Please find below an overview of our new opening hours:

Arrival at the hotel
When arriving at our hotel, no Corona admission ticket is required.

We would like to inform you that we ask for your Corona ticket (CoronaCheck) on arrival if you are a guest in our meeting rooms, breakfast room and/or use our fitness facilities.

Lobby Bar
You may always enjoy a drink at our Lobby Bar. You may take a seat in the lobby until 22.00 hours. Please be informed that our staff will ask for your Coronapas (QR code). After 22.00 only take away or room service is possible (room service costs €5).

Breakfast & Lunch
Breakfast and lunch are currently provided in packages. Upon arrival you may indicate your preferences and desired time of collection during check-in. Every morning during your stay you may pick up your breakfast package at our reception desk including a fresh cup of coffee or tea!

From Tuesday 1 February 2022 onwards, breakfast and lunch will again be served in buffet form in the breakfast room. You may choose from different shifts. Upon arrival you may reserve the available times during check-in.

The breakfast room is open daily:
Monday - Friday: 6.30 hours - 10.00 hours
Saturday & Sunday: 7.30 hours - 10.30 hours

Upon arrival at the breakfast room our staff will ask for your Coronapas (QR code).

Restaurant Kokusai Sushi & Grill
Kokusai Sushi & Grill Restaurant is open daily from 12.30 hours - 22.00 hours (on Mondays from 14.00 hours - 22.00). You may reserve a table at our reception. Upon arrival at the restaurant, our staff will ask for your Corona Pass (QR code).

Besides the regular Sushi & Grill menu, we also offer a special Western menu. The special Western menu is availanle at our reception desk.

The fitness facilities are available on reservation. You may make a reservation at our reception desk. The fitness facilities are open daily from 07.00 hours - 23.00 hours.

Wellness & Sauna
The Wellness & Sauna are available upon reservation. You may make a reservation at our reception. The Wellness & Sauna facilities are open daily from 07.00 hours - 23.00 hours.

Meeting rooms
The meeting rooms are available on reservation.

We would like to inform you about the measures for our guests and visitors, we ask you to take them into account:
o Please notify our reception desk of your arrival time by e-mail;
o Please wear a mouth mask when moving around, in the entire hotel a mouth mask obligation applies. If you are in your room you do not need to wear a mouth mask;
Keep a distance of 1,5 meter;
Avoid public transport;
o Inform us and stay at home if you have any of the following complaints:
- Nose cold
- Runny nose
- Sneezing
- Sore throat
- Light cough
- Elevation (from 38 degrees Celsius)
o Inform us if anyone in your house has a fever (from 38 degrees Celsius) and/or cold symptoms;
o Do not shake hands;
o Always follow the instructions of the staff;
o Wash your hands with soap before and after a toilet visit, for at least 20 seconds;
o Cough and sneeze into your elbow or use paper tissues;
o Pay your stay and extra expenses in the hotel in advance as far as possible by debit card or contactless;
o The indicated maximum number of users per room may not be exceeded;
If this is the case, action will be taken immediately;
o Should you, within 14 days after your stay, test positive for the virus, we ask you to inform us before arrival;
o If we receive information from a (former) guest about a contamination / disease to which you may have been exposed, we will inform you.

Due to the various measures taken, there may be longer waiting times, we ask for your understanding.
